Keeping On Time //

Keeping On Time...

My fiance and I flew into Naples airport quite late for our first day in Europe. We ran around the airport picking up all 6 of our suitcases and made our way over to the car rental. It was already dark once we finally hit the road and it was an hour and a half drive to our first destination; the Amalfi Coast. We got into town and met up with a local whom owned the Air BnB we were renting for the 4 days we were staying. We went through town and it was such an incredible sight to see, it was 9PM and the streets were full of people of all ages, families, dogs, everyone was out and about talking and laughing and eating. We were so eager to immerse ourselves in the atmosphere that (after declining to pay for help with our luggage, only to find out we had to haul all 6 suitcases up 250 stairs) we unloaded everything and ran down into town.

Once we got into town we found a nice little restaurant that was right on the main cobbled walkway through town. We ordered some pizza and then while we waited we decided to get gelato! We sat there, eating our delicious gelato and just people watched. It was the perfect first night. Since we had come into Amalfi when it was dark, we hadn't been able to see the view, so waking up the first day was an absolute treat. I looked over at my Paul Hewitt watch and noticed that it was almost sunrise. Blake and I got up and run over to our small balcony and what we were greeted with was spectacular. It was a delight for the senses and is one of the most beautiful views I have ever seen. We were busy running around town while in Amalfi and thanks to Paul Hewitt we were able to always be on time and make sure we had time to enjoy the things that matter; the culture, the beautiful views, gelato and pizza.

Next we headed off to Positano, which is situated on the Amalfi Coast a small, but very scary and windy drive away from Amalfi. We were always able to make our check-in times thanks to Paul Hewitt watches and even made it to Positano early! I have never been anywhere more picturesque in my life. The view from the beach and from the cliffs surrounding is so incredible that no matter what angle you are look at, you are always seeing so much beauty. Positano was a little more crowded with tourists which meant we had to keep our Paul Hewitt watches on us at all times to be up early and always one step ahead of the crowd. We enjoyed spending time at the beach the most while staying in Positano and enjoying the pituresque views.

Finally we headed out to Rome. We were both so excited about Rome; ever since I was a little girl and thanks to the Lizzie McGuire movie, I have wanted to visit the Trevi Fountain! Thanks to Paul Hewitt watches we were able to get up early and be at the fountain when it was virtually empty! I got to live out my Lizzie McGuire dreams and toss a coin into the fountain with my fiancé and even got to get an incredible shot of us together with no one else in the photo.

Our trip all over Italy was the most incredible trip we have ever been on and we are already planning on going back. I am so happy that we were able to be on time with Paul Hewitt watches and able to see all the beauty of the places we visited without the crowds.

Neon Gypsy Takes Italy //

Neon Gypsy Takes Italy...

My fiancé' and I just did a 2 week trip all around Italy, it was truly the most amazing trip I have ever been on by far! We started down in the Amalfi coast and worked our way up to Venice to end the trip. I decided to take along one of my favorite brands Neon Gypsy, a great store and brand from New Zealand. I ran around in three of my favorite dresses in all my favorite locations and just couldn't help but fall in love with these cities!

The first outfit is the comfiest red maxi dress (BONUS it has pockets) and I belted it to give a little fun styling :) Ever since I was a little girl I have wanted to go on a gondola in Venice, well I finally got to check that off my bucket list! This red dress was the perfect outfit for such a romantic setting, with gondoliers singing and playing the accordion and boating down the rivers enjoying the amazing city.

This second dress is a floral wrap dress that we happened to stumble across the perfect pink pathway to match! This dress was a show stopper, people were asking me left and right where I got it from (never hurts to get compliments in a new dress am I right??) Also you just really can't go wrong with an amazing wrap dress that literally can fit anyone!

This last outfit was another comfy floral dress that you just can't help but want to spin around in! I really love shift dresses, they are so fun and always feel so great to wear especially when you are doing a lot of city walking! I really loved the ruffle layer at the bottom of the dress, it helped weigh the dress down so I didn't have to worry about the wind giving everyone a show ;)

Fortunate One //

Fortunate One...

Okay guys, I have officially hit the jackpot with the two best summer outfits you will ever want! Feeling a little bit like a badass in this all jean romper & even cooler in this green tie-top and shorts.
These two outfits are from one of my favorite Australian stores Fortunate One Store, they have the best unique pieces for any occasion!

The first outfit has officially become a weekly favorite of mine, the front zipper and popped collar are so fun to wear and style with a hat and cute shoes for a day of errands or just running around town with friends. I also really loved this forest green top, because of course I can't ever get enough tops like this. I decided to pair this top with a cool pair of black suede shorts to give it a fun and spicy look!
Make sure to head over to Fortunate One store and look at all the new styles they have!

Flexi Lexi Fitness //

If any of you have noticed, I have been on quite a fitness routine lately! I have been getting tons of emails and messages asking about my workout routine and diet, asking what my secrets are when it comes to getting in better shape. Everyone thinks there is some secret to getting healthier but the truth is, I stopped drinking alcohol and don't eat out anymore. You would be surprised how much your body and mind will change once you cut out alcohol and fast food! I started that "lifestyle" at the beginning of the year, you can call it my New Years resolutions if you want, but I still wasn't motivated to work out. I think a lot of us struggle with this problem, but I found that the reason was I didn't really have any guidance to what I should be doing everyday when it comes to fitness and diet.
My fiancé, Blake is a certified personal trainer so of course I finally listened to his advice and started using him for his specialty! I'm not saying you need a personal trainer in order to get in shape and be healthy but it can really help guide you in order to do what is best for your personal body type!

Anyways!! Now that I am going to the gym and working out almost everyday, I was in desperate need of some amazing fitness gear, and thanks to Flexi Lexi Fitness I am always looking cute and comfortable no matter what I am doing! They so many cute bras, shorts, tops and pants for any type of fitness activity you prefer! I especially love the crop pants, they literally feel like you have nothing on, they fit to your body perfectly and are such a comfortable material that you can move and bend any which way!

I decided to "dress up" some of the pieces to show ways that I would wear them because lets be honest, we all wear workout pants and a top when we are running errands on our day off. I really loved this black wrap bra, it can double as a fun swim top for a beach day, or even some fun beach yoga! I also really loved the pants that tie up and made me feel like a ballerina, they were so comfortable and were really easy to do all my toga poses in :) Flexi Lexi has a huge range of fun colors and prints on all their designs to match all your workout needs! head over to their site HERE to check it out!
